Delivery, Returns & Payment Types

UK Delivery

Delivery is currently via Hermes Tracked Door To Door Courier, starting from £3.99. Orders are still being processed and dispatched as quickly as possible (approx. 1-3 working days for ready to paint ceramics and 2-4 working days for hand painted items). Hermes quote approx 3-5 working days delivery. Due to the current global situation and increased demand these delivery times may be a little longer, but rest assured everyone is working as quickly as possible to get your order to you swiftly. 

Delivery is from as little as £3.35 on all orders placed with a value below £60. We currently ship to UK mainland addresses. We advise you to group your items in one order as we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

 

FREE 2nd class standard delivery is available to all customers who have a UK mainland delivery address, who place an order of £60 or above, made in a single transaction online at www.artypax.com. All promotions will be applied automatically at checkout when customers reach the threshold stated above. By taking advantage of the free delivery offer you agree to our terms and conditions.

 

Orders are processed and dispatched within approximately 3 working days for kits and 5 working days for hand painted items, after receipt of cleared payment and are delivered via Royal Mail. Once an order is dispatched you will normally receive it within 3-5 working days to mainland U.K. addresses. Delivery estimates may take longer during busy periods. If ordering items for a special occasion please allow plenty of time before the date required, to avoid disappointment.

International European Delivery

International orders have been temporarily suspended due to the current global situation. As soon as it is safe to do so this service will be reopened.

We now ship to lots of countries around Europe. During checkout simply select your country from the drop down box and shipping costs will automatically be calculated for you.

 

We constantly add new European countries to our list. However, if you cannot see your European country listed contact us via our website, Twitter or Facebook pages and we will add it for you.

International shipping includes tracking as standard, so you can see exactly where your parcel is at any time. Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination country. Below is a guide to our starting prices and delivery estimates (Delivery estimates may take longer during busy periods):

-Europe: From £9.80, approx. 5-7 working days

All of our prices are shown in GBP. Payment is also taken in GBP. As exchange rates change frequently we recommend that you use a reliable currency converter to know what your cart total is in your own currency. Local import charges and taxes of the destination country may be charged and are the responsibility of the buyer. ArtyPax has no liability regarding these costs.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we understand that sometimes you may need to return an order. Please get in touch with us via our Contact Uspage on our website and we will always do our best to help you if such an instance occurs. Please check your order carefully as soon as it arrives, keep your Invoice as proof of purchase.

 

We will refund any purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please inform us via our website ‘Contact Uspage if you require a refund within 14 days and return all item(s) in your original order, in an unused re-saleable condition, in all the original packaging, where possible, and with the Invoice.

 

On our receipt of the returned complete order (in good condition as stated above) we will credit your original method of payment with the original price paid (excluding return postage costs). Please allow up to 14 working days for this refund to be processed.

 

Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.

 

Refunds cannot be made on any personalised or commissioned item(s).

 

We do our best to make sure the item(s) we sell arrive to you in good condition. If an item(s) is received damaged you have 28 days to contact us and return it to us for a replacement or a full refund. You may be asked to provide photographs to aid our quality control processes. Please return the item(s) with all the original packaging and Invoice.

 

If an exchange is issued and there are any further exchanges on the same order the postage will be charged again.

 

As you have ordered via the internet, under the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. This does not apply if your item(s) has been personalised or commissioned.

 

To cancel your order please contact us via our ‘Contact Uspage on our website within 7 working days commencing the day after the day the order was received quoting your order number. To receive your refund you must take reasonable care of the item(s). Please refer to the information below:

 

We will expect you to return the complete order to us and the cost of postage will be met by you, the customer. Reasonable care needs to be taken for the item(s) whilst they are in your possession, the item(s) need to remain in all the original packaging where possible, unused and in a re-saleable condition. We recommend that you return the item(s) using a form of recorded delivery. This recommendation is for your protection as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. Please obtain proof of postage from your post provider and retain it until you are refunded.

Any orders placed by a customer in error will be refunded, if a cancellation request is emailed within 7 working days commencing the day after the day the order was received quoting your order number, minus any non-refundable fees applied to the original order value by the applicable payment processor.
