This privacy policy describes how artypax.com (‘we’ or ‘us’) collects, uses & looks after your personal information. This includes what you tell us about yourself, what we learn by having you as a customer, and the choices you give us about what marketing you want us to send you.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Any card details given by you are not stored on the server, at the studio or any other format. For orders taken on our website, all transactions are processed by Wix Payments or are redirected to Apple Pay or PayPal, depending on your payment method preference during checkout. Please visit their respective privacy policies to know more about how they use your information.

WHERE WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM

We may collect personal information about you (and/or your business) from you through the following actions:

  • When you purchase our products and services

  • When you talk to us on the phone

  • When you use our website

  • In emails & letters

  • In quotes or other documents

  • In customer surveys & feedback forms

  • If you take part in our competitions or promotions

  • If you attend events ArtyPax is attending (i.e. Craft fairs)

We do not collect any sensitive information about you except when you knowingly provide it (i.e. when making a purchase).

WHO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH

ArtyPax does not sell your information and will never share it with organisations unless they are the following types of companies and only to fulfil our legal and contractual duties to you:

  • Mailing houses & printers

  • Delivery & courier companies

  • Banks, accountants & payment platforms

  • Marketing automation platforms

  • Online Purchasing platforms

  • Database management systems

We will not knowingly do anything or permit anything to be done which might lead to a breach, by any party involved, of the Data Protection laws.

IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO GIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may need to collect personal information in order to fulfil our legal and contractual duties to you, or under the terms of a contract we have with you.

If you choose not to give us this personal information, it may delay or prevent us from meeting our obligations. It may also mean that we cannot perform services for you. It could mean that we cancel a sale or a contract we have with you. Any data collection which is optional would be made clear at the point of collection.

MARKETING

We may use your personal information to tell you about relevant products and offers (referred to as ‘marketing’).

You can also ‘unsubscribe’ from email marketing by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ within any email sent to you from us. This may take a few days to confirm on the server and may result in you still receiving one or two emails, which were already on their way, when you clicked ‘unsubscribe’.

Feedback received, via feedback forms or emails, may be used to quote from on newsletters, the ArtyPax website or social media pages. Any feedback used for these marketing purposes will not include any sensitive personal information, only your views on my products & services.

HOW LONG WILL WE SEND YOU 'MARKETING' MATERIAL

We will send you ‘marketing’ material until:

  • You have opted out

  • You have requested us to stop sending marketing to you via email and/or post

  • You have asked us to delete your record

If you have signed up to receive ArtyPax communications we will keep your personal information until you choose to opt-out.

You can access any personal information we hold by contacting us or writing to us (please contact for postal address)

LETTING US KNOW IF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS INCORRECT

You have the right to question any information we have about you, which you think is wrong or incomplete. Please contact us if you wish to do this. If you do, we will take reasonable steps to check its accuracy and correct it. If you have an ArtyPax account you can also update your information within your account.

WHAT IF YOU WANT US TO STOP USING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to object to our use of your personal information, to ask us to delete, remove, or stop using your personal information if there is no need for us to keep it.

There may be legal or other official reasons why we need to keep or use your data. However please tell us if you think we should not be using it.
